Job summary

The Blank Family of Businesses is seeking an EPAL Coordinator to join the Effective Philanthropy and Learning team in Atlanta. You will provide research, analysis, project management, and operational support across the EPAL portfolio, organizing information, coordinating processes, and producing learning materials for internal audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Effective Philanthropy and Learning, you will help develop strategy documents, learning products, and grant-related materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields in policy, nonprofit mgmt, social science, or related area preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofits, or related fields.
• Strong research, analytical, and synthesis abilities across sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of concise visuals.
• Able to manage projects, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Skilled at creating presentations, data visualizations, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support research, landscape analyses, and learning priorities for strategy.
• Compile qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Develop strategy documents, briefs, dashboards, and learning products.
• Synthesize insights from grantees, evaluations, and internal processes.
• Track themes, opportunities, and progress across the team’s work.
• Maintain learning systems and tools; use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
