Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to join our growing Media Activation team. You will lead campaign strategy, planning, execution and management while coaching Managers and Associates on the same accounts.

The AD must be able to work independently, manage workload, delegate tasks, and train junior team members on buying platforms and best practices. This remote role favors candidates near US offices in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media as a campaign manager with platform ownership and optimization.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading day-to-day meetings and client deliverables.
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical strategy and planning for campaigns from a brief.
• Manage a team of Managers/Associates across the same accounts.
• Train the team to build campaigns, perform QA and activate per best practices.
• Present client-ready campaign performance and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate across Integrated Media, Analytics, Strategy and Operations.
• Oversee billing coordination between vendors and internal teams.
