Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager for a clinic setting in Forney, TX. The role leads overall facility operations, prioritizing a supportive work environment for staff and exceptional service for families navigating autism therapies.

You will drive KPIs, budgets and team performance while fostering community engagement and compliance. This multi-site leadership role requires strong communication and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ; ability to work with families and diverse teams.
• Strong, professional communication among department leaders.
• Impact-driven leader who supports teammates and families under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, providing education and onboarding guidance.
• Attract, engage & retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director & department leaders on operations quality.
