Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and integrated accounting software.
• Strong written/spoken communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain subsidiary schedules and ensure accurate GL postings and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IRS, grants, and government regulations; support audits.
