The Property Manager will ensure compliance with applicable laws, deliver outstanding service to residents, and supervise on-site staff.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multifamily property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the property.
• Maximize revenue through rent management and lease renewals.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
