Job summary

ONSIDE seeks an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to shape how people connect with the charity. You will lead marketing campaigns, digital communications, and fundraising promotions while coordinating community events to strengthen our brand and impact.

Working across the organisation, you’ll create engaging content, manage social media, analyse performance, and build partnerships to support growth and sustainability of services for people in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Marketing and communications strategies relevant to campaigns and fundraising.
• Knowledge of project planning and time management techniques.
• Understanding of design programmes, tools, and social media strategies.
• Knowledge of current social media trends to increase engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategy for the charity.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activities across the organisation.
• Maintain a professional brand identity across channels.
• Create high-quality promotional materials and digital content.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and community events.
• Manage the website and social media strategy to boost awareness.
