Touchstone is seeking a senior marketing leader for a hybrid, 22.5‑hour role based in Leeds. You will shape an integrated communications strategy, manage the Marketing and Communications Officer, and drive campaigns, content and branding across channels.

You will use analytics to report to trustees and senior leaders, support fundraising and partnerships, and promote training and employer branding. The role requires UK right to work and offers pro rata pay with progression based on performance.
