The Just One Project is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring our mission to life through creative storytelling and community engagement. You’ll shape social content, visuals, and campaigns while maintaining brand standards and coordinating event appearances.

This part-time role (about 20 hours/week) offers flexible daytime hours, with occasional evenings and Saturdays for community events. If you’re organized, imaginative, and community-minded, this role fits you well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Marketing or Design preferred.
• 2 years marketing, content creation, or design experience.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient with Shopify and merchandise fulfillment.
• Strong creativity, organization, and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Create social media content (graphics, photos, videos) for campaigns.
• Capture photos and videos at events and programs.
• Assist with campaigns, social strategies, and promotions.
• Design flyers, brochures, signage, and branded materials.
• Coordinate employee headshots and internal branding.
• Support Shopify orders, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Keep materials and assets organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent branding.
• Participate in Saturday Pop Up & Give events (min 6/year).
