Job summary

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking a highly organized marketing professional to own our marketing presence—from strategy and planning to day-to-day execution and deadline management. You will collaborate with our team to ensure content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to grow our community, boost donor engagement, and increase awareness for our programs supporting under-resourced youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or currently pursuing.
• 8–15 years of experience in marketing management, graphic design, digital marketing, content development or PR.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Design long-term marketing plans that align with organizational goals and campaigns.
• Lead and mentor marketing managers and specialists across departments.
• Budget management across channels and ROI tracking.
• Analyze consumer data and market trends to improve performance of campaigns.
• Protect and shape the brand voice and public image of Passion for Life, Inc.
• Lead development of marketing strategy with clients, managers, creatives, and distribution partners.
• Drive marketing campaigns including testing, segmentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional programs to increase funding and awareness.
• Conduct regular meetings to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and train the team.
