DRTC is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Director to lead all agency marketing, communications, public relations, branding, and fundraising communications. This on-site/hybrid leadership role partners with the Executive Director to advance the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketing leader with expertise in branding, digital marketing, content development, social media, website management, and team leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, website management, and public relations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement annual marketing and public relations plans that align with organizational goals.
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives across all DRTC programs, services, and business operations.
• Promote brand awareness and maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Manage media planning, advertising campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital outreach.
• Oversee CRM systems, analytics, and reporting tools; supervise staff.
