Job summary

Seattle Social Housing Developer is seeking a part-time Learning & Evaluation Manager to build SSHD's learning capacity. You will be the primary liaison for external research partners and oversee data governance, privacy, and evaluation initiatives.

You will design internal evaluation processes, manage data infrastructure, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, while working with limited supervision in a mission-driven Seattle setting.

Qualifications

• Data governance, privacy, and security practices experience.
• Experience designing or leading program evaluation or learning agendas.
• Coordinate with external research partners and academic institutions.
• Independent judgment with limited supervision.
• Strong communication of complex data to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and human-subjects research.
• Experience building or scaling a learning/evaluation function.
• Residency in King County, WA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for external research partners and coordinate data requests.
• Develop and maintain SSHD's data infrastructure and governance.
• Ensure privacy safeguards and data-sharing compliance.
• Design and lead internal evaluation efforts to assess programs.
• Coordinate research with external partners and mitigate survey burden.
• Build workflows and documentation for the learning function.
