Job summary

SEIU 775 Benefits Group in Seattle seeks a Manager of Learning Technology to lead the Learning Technology Team, define strategy and life-cycle management for learning platforms and integrations.

You will own the strategy, manage vendor partnerships, drive adoption, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This role focuses on building a scalable ecosystem across content, data, and IT for enduring impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology product development and learning tech
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams and projects
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business, tech, data and ops stakeholders
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and program planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning technology strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Serve as product owner for the learning tech ecosystem and manage lifecycle of platforms
• Lead and develop the Learning Technology team with clear goals and performance expectations
• Manage capacity, workload and resources to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives
• Build partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to drive adoption
• Maintain visibility into roadmap progress and executive communications
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning content, data, UX, integrations and change management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and vendor-driven efficiency
• Oversee design, integration and governance of LMS, CMS and enterprise apps
• Define KPIs and report on program impact to leadership
