Job summary

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training that helps employees grow and succeed, from new hires to experienced staff.

You will partner with leaders across the credit union to build knowledge, facilitate engaging classroom and virtual sessions, develop learning materials, coach employees, and evaluate training impact to strengthen performance and member experiences.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and organizational initiatives.
• Coach employees and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Facilitate learning experiences to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive classroom and virtual training sessions.

• Travel regularly across branch network; base location in Fort Kent or Bangor, Maine.

In this role, you'll design and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and organizational initiatives while partnering with leaders across the credit union to build knowledge, strengthen performance, and support continuous improvement. From facilitating interactive classroom and virtual training sessions to developing learning materials, coaching employees, and evaluating training effectiveness, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional employee experiences that ultimately lead to exceptional member experiences.
