Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field is required.
• Clinical License or DMH Therapist Certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record is required.
• Experience working with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functioning of Medicaid Waiver Services program for a specific location.
• Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts to achieve program and consumer outcomes.
• Implement habilitation planning goals while overseeing participant progress toward strength-based goals.
• Develop activity schedules for individuals enrolled in Pine Belt's program.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and the surrounding community.
• Promote supports offered in community to increase service use.
