Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience with disability services.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Provide services and supports focused on achieving goals for the people we support.
- Provide technical assistance to Community Providers implementing services.
- Advocate to ensure services reflect the desires of the person and guardian.
- Conduct 30, 60, 90 day follow ups after transition to community services.
