Please note, you do not have to reside in Lawrence county but will have to serve Lawrence county and surrounding counties.
An Innovation Coordinator earns a competitive wage of $22.84-$24.04/Hour. Compensation within the posted pay range is determined based on education and experience.

An Innovation Coordinator (IC) works under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Innovative Services. The primary focus of the IC is to support people to live more effective and meaningful lives by working with them to secure nontraditional services that encompass a combination of staff supports and enabling technologies. This includes residential, employment, and community supports. Key areas include assessment, person centered / MAP's planning, linking people to services, training, and advocacy.
