Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in the United States is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex capital projects from inception to closeout.

You will work onsite with clients, coordinating with Owners, Engineers, and CMs to deliver schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes while maintaining safety and compliance. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes and management techniques.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception to closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
• Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
• Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
• Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
• Onsite at client site: maintain delivery and client relationships with in-person collaboration.
• There is some in-person time to support work/life needs.
