Whitley Penn in Fort Worth, TX seeks an FLVS Associate to join the Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services team. This full-time, exempt role focuses on assisting with forensic accounting, business valuation engagements, and divorce-related financial issues.

You will organize documents, prepare request lists, research records, analyze tax and financial data, and support deposition and trial strategies. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in public accounting with increasing scope of assignments.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients, attorneys, and team.
• Proficiency with technology and accounting software; familiarity with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation engagements.
• Organize, review, and summarize client documents.
• Prepare document request lists and research property records and filings.
• Analyze financial and tax return information and understand entity structures.
• Support deposition questions, mediation, and trial exhibits.
