Whitley Penn in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Director for Forensic Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) to lead engagements related to marital property, business valuations, damages, and other disputes. You will oversee client assignments, coordinate with Managing Directors, and ensure high-quality reports and documentation for attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license a plus.
• Broad knowledge in litigation/expert services and the calculation of damages.

Responsabilités

• Direct forensic accounting, litigation support and valuation engagements.
• Identify issues and advise Managing Directors on case direction with strong analytical skills.
• Deliver complete reports with supporting documents for attorneys/clients.
• Prepare testifying expert for depositions and trials with well-organized files.
• Initiate business development and networking; participate in events and training.
• Lead departmental training for associates and foster continuous improvement.
• Review Associates’ work and provide feedback for corrections.
• Assist in recruiting and developing training materials.
