Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, public relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of fundraising, donor relations, event planning, nonprofit administration, marketing, or related field.
• Awareness of human trafficking and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate donor relationships with warmth and professionalism.
• Process donations, receipts, donor acknowledgments, and maintain donor records in CRM.
• Steward relationships with monthly, annual, and mid-level donors.
