North Star Initiative is seeking a part-time Design & Communications Coordinator to craft compelling print and digital materials, develop engaging content, and manage multi-channel communications to advance mission and events.

You will design assets, oversee branding, and support fundraising storytelling while collaborating with staff and volunteers. This role requires strong writing, design, and project-management skills in a faith-based nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in design/communications or marketing.
• Experience creating content for multiple audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiar with email platforms and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and communications initiatives to support mission and events.
• Create written, graphic, and video content for digital and print platforms.
• Manage digital communication channels and ensure brand consistency.
• Design marketing materials and event collateral.
