Job summary

RallyX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from contract award to completion in Jacksonville, FL. You will chair OAC meetings, develop schedules, monitor budgets, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience in residential construction, shell construction, or related trades preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and contract administration.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and construction best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from contract award through final completion.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor (OAC) meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify delays, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review plans and specs to ensure compliance with contract, codes, and standards.
• Oversee budgets, job costing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Review subcontractor pay apps, process purchase orders and invoices, monitor profitability.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation, project files, warranties, and closeout docs.
• Champion safety culture with OSHA compliance and safety meetings.
