Job summary

The Center for Human Services is seeking a Community Living Professional Manager in Kirksville, MO. You will lead the Community Living team, oversee ISPs, and ensure high-quality supports for individuals served on a 365-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and at least 3 years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and training to Direct Support Professionals and staff in Community Living.
• Coordinate Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and participate in ISP meetings.
• Maintain accurate MAR oversight, documentation, and discharge summaries for Individuals served.
• Ensure 24/7 program coverage through scheduling, on-call rotations, and emergency response.
