• Aid Individuals by providing physical and emotional support; maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Empower Individuals by supporting independence and skill development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete health and welfare documentation.
• Lead and train Direct Support Professionals and manage timesheets/on-call coverage.
