Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to design and implement solutions.
• Manage requests, enhancements, and defects through the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain requirements, project docs, and process flows.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of enhancements and defect fixes.
• Assist with regression testing and UAT.
• Research issues, document findings, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Apply Commercial Insurance knowledge to evaluate requirements and system functionality.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
