Job Summary The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and Information Technology to support system enhancements, business initiatives, and process improvements within Commercial Insurance operations. This role combines business analysis, ticket administration, requirements documentation, testing, and defect management throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience participating in projects, system implementations, testing efforts, or process improvement initiatives. Commercial Insurance experience is a core requirement for this position. This role supports multiple concurrent initiatives and requires the ability to effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain progress in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, a quick learner, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.

• Experience with Diamond, Cover-All, or comparable insurance systems.
• Experience working directly with business and IT teams.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Commercial Insurance experience required.
• Experience supporting business analysis, system implementations, process improvement initiatives, testing efforts, or technology-related projects preferred.
• Experience in underwriting, policy administration, operations, product support, or related Commercial Insurance functions strongly preferred.
• Experience with policy administration systems such as Diamond, Cover-All, or comparable insurance platforms preferred.
