Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to empower therapists and improve access to behavioral health in our communities.

Join a multidisciplinary team offering supervision, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment for licensure. Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy, collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, and contribute to sustainable, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Licensed professional licensure progression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists.
