New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Child & Adolescent Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. The role supports therapists through clinical and administrative teams to promote licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• If required, provisional license per state regulation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
