Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy for youth and families in a collaborative, clinic-based setting. You will work with a clinical team to support licensure progression while providing strength-based, culturally competent care.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists, nurses, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
