Job summary

Elevate Health seeks a Benefits Navigation Program Manager to lead and oversee WA Cares, Medicaid/Apple Health, and Marketplace enrollment initiatives. You will develop outreach plans, ensure eligibility and enrollment processes, and collaborate with partners to expand access to health benefits in Pierce County.

The role requires 5+ years in health benefits navigation and program management, with a focus on equity, compliance, and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Public health, social services, non-profit management, social, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health benefits navigation (Medicaid, WA HBE, Marketplace).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program and operations management with direct reports.
• Experience addressing social and health care disparities in communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Benefits Navigation programs, including WA Cares and Marketplace enrollment.
• Develop and implement outreach plans to increase awareness and utilization of benefits.
• Ensure eligibility screening, enrollment assistance, and participant support are high quality.
• Monitor policy changes and ensure program compliance.
• Create workflows, policies, and SOPs for Benefits Navigation services.
