Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time preschool position in Brooklyn & Staten Island. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, and supervise staff delivering evidence-based interventions to children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers, participate in IEP meetings, and coach staff to ensure fidelity of behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing behavior support plans in preschool settings with developmental disabilities/ASD.
• In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in school-based interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze assessments to inform behavioral programming.
• Design and oversee implementation of ABA-based behavior support and skill acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to model evidence-based behavior management.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences to review progress.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and training for instructional staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify programming.
• Communicate progress and strategies to families.
• Deliver staff development on behavior management and data collection.
• Support classroom needs including transitions, feeding, toileting, and crisis management.
• Maintain documentation per policies and regulations.
