Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC, based in Missouri, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based interventions, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care. You will design, implement, and adjust ABA plans using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional assessments with fidelity.

The role offers flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, leadership opportunities, and the chance to help children and families

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and mentoring clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Lead clinical team meetings and monitor client progress.
