Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans in a collaborative, values-driven environment in Missouri. You will supervise RBTs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and partner with families and schools to ensure holistic, ethical care.

The role focuses on detailed documentation, clinical leadership, and delivering evidence-based services with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
