Supportive ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. The role involves conducting assessments, adjusting goals, and collaborating with families to ensure client success.

The BCBA will maintain ethical standards, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to program advancement. Both full-time and part-time positions are available in Florida.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities
