Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, birth-to-five emphasis, or related field with 5+ years’ experience.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for CDC daily operations.
• Supervise management staff, coaches, and coordinators.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and expenditures.
• Coordinate community collaborations and reporting.
• Prepare monthly program plans and reports.
