Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to advance the organization's fundraising efforts through campaigns, grant development, donor engagement, events, and community partnerships. The role includes managing donor software, reporting, and analytics to identify giving trends and opportunities for support.

The position reports to the Development team and involves collaborating with Marketing, Community Relations, Finance, and other departments to drive mission impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience or equivalent.
• Experience using social media for fundraising and brand awareness.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases, email, social platforms, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support fundraising campaigns and events (Annual Giving Campaign, Employee Giving, Memorial services).
• Develop fundraising budgets, track outcomes, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Community Relations to promote events and raise awareness.
• Create donor materials (ads, emails, flyers, social content, letters).
• Assist with capital campaigns and other major initiatives as directed by leadership.
