Job summary

Innovative Systems, a global leader in data management, AML compliance, and payment screening, seeks an AML Screening Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy. You will own the product lifecycle, partner with engineers and customers, and shape screening workflows for a global market.

You will influence how onboarding and payment screening are conducted, balancing regulatory requirements with product velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with 2–3 years in AML/sanctions/ KYC/financial crime solutions.
• Experience reducing false positives and improving screening effectiveness within AML/sanctions workflows.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, sanctions programs (OFAC, UN, EU, UK HM Treasury), and PEP/adverse media screening.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap strategy, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and enterprise software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products, including discovery, roadmap, requirements, and release management.
• Work with partners to identify new data sources and integrations.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and industry trends to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and revenue stakeholders to deliver enhancements and new features.
• Analyze screening data, user feedback, and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support go-to-market, onboarding, and enablement for new payment capabilities.
• Research competitors to inform revenue and product strategies.
