Job summary

Innovative Systems, Inc. is seeking an AML Screening Product Manager to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of global screening capabilities.

You will partner with customers, engineers, and industry experts to balance speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance at scale. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and manage releases while collaborating with partners across data sources and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with AML/sanctions, KYC, or financial crime solutions.
• Experience reducing false positives and improving screening effectiveness in AML workflows.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, OFAC/UN/EU/UK sanctions programs and PEP screening.
• Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products, including discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and release management.
• Identify new data sources and integrate with strategic partners.
• Define customer needs and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and revenue stakeholders to deliver enhancements across the screening platform.
• Analyze screening data, feedback, and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support go-to-market, onboarding, and enablement for new payment capabilities.
• Stay aware of competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
