Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Anti Money Laundering Investigations. The role focuses on delivering innovative, data-driven digital products to support financial crime investigations with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and analytics.

You will translate business strategies into consumer facing solutions, drive end-to-end product delivery, and collaborate with the Financial Intelligence group to implement new capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field or Business/Marketing required.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience can substitute a degree for some cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software to support AML investigations and enable timely, high-quality leads for law enforcement.
• Reimagine financial crime investigations with transformational process changes.
• Navigate Capital One data environments to create insights and visualization for enterprise problems.
• Leverage Generative AI with design/tech partners to deliver new features for investigations.
• Partner with Financial Intelligence to rollout new functionality to investigators.
