Job summary

Myticas Consulting in the United States (Massachusetts) seeks a Product Analyst to shape AML software products, gather requirements, and drive cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will partner with engineering, UX, and compliance teams to translate data and regulatory needs into user stories, maintain backlogs, and support end-user training and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of product analysis, AML operations, or financial software development.
• Experience in requirement gathering, product documentation, and user story creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear presentation of data, procedures, and ideas.
• Experience delivering software products, including end-user training and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with the project lifecycle and agile methodologies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
