Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the AmeriCorps VISTA Program.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and enrollment of members and host-sites.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and compliance with AmeriCorps requirements.
• Support program communications, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Monitor progress, assist with performance evaluations and reporting deadlines.
• Assist with grant documentation, federal reporting, and program measures.
