Job summary

Signal Centers is seeking a Data & Operations Specialist in Chattanooga, TN. You will support Family Forward through data management, reporting, quality assurance, program operations, resource coordination, and process improvement.

The role ensures data integrity, timely information, and compliant use of program data while supporting systems that enhance program effectiveness and accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related field preferred.
• At least two years of administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit/human services.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with transportation coordination, purchasing, inventory, or event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, organize, maintain, and validate program data from databases and sources.
• Pull and compile data for monthly, quarterly, annual, grant, program, and agency reports.
• Analyze data requirements for reports and projects.
• Review data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
• Run routine reports to identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with leadership.
• Compile information from multiple reports into clear documents for stakeholders.
• Assist with presentations, dashboards, and data-related materials.
• Participate in regular data and database meetings.
• Assist with database updates, policy revisions, and data collection processes.
• Coordinate transportation requests and program resource coordination.
