Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited in-person college/university.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong data skills with ability to manipulate quantitative performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with executives and internal teams.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Load performance data from submissions, automated data feeds and manual data files.
• Perform data quality checks – research and accept/reject data.
• Communicate with properties, clients, and industry professionals regarding STR/CoStar policies.
• Generate and send selected reports to corporate clients and individual properties.
• Maintain data confidentiality and collaborate with IT and Global Data Operations to resolve issues.
