RQI Partners is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Sales professional in Kansas City to drive value across hospital accounts and expand RQI Portfolio adoption. The role emphasizes account management, education delivery, and strong relationship-building to improve lifesaving training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; combination of education/experience considered for otherwise-qualified applicants.
• Minimum of 5 years involving field-based sales, account management, and/or relationship management with consistent achievement of business goals.
• Experience delivering education/training within a clinical environment is a plus.
• Travel as needed to effectively manage customer accounts; 3–4 in-person meetings per week; overnight travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for new order value.
• Manage allocated customer accounts in a customer-centric manner.
• Share customer best practices in RQI program adoption between customers.
• Use a consultative approach to achieve financial goals.
• Drive RQI Portfolio adoption through to successful implementation to advance lifesaving mission.
• Build long-term relationships with designated customers; position RQI as a trusted embedded element of the hospital system.
• Ensure overall customer health and satisfaction.
• Represent the complete RQI Portfolio in designated accounts with high competence.
• Meet renewals and expansions targets and retain learners/subscriptions.
• Demonstrate effective leadership in assigned customer accounts to achieve revenue goals.
