Job summary

RQI Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive new orders and manage key hospital accounts in Texas. You will apply a consultative sales approach, expand portfolio adoption, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to deliver value and lifesaving outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales or account management, willingness to travel (3–4 in-person meetings weekly), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; combination of education/experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in field-based sales, account management, and/or relationship management with proven business results.
• Experience delivering education/training in clinical settings is a plus.
• Willingness to travel; typically 3–4 in-person meetings weekly; overnight travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Order value targets for new business growth.
• Manage allocated accounts with a customer-centric approach.
• Share best practices in RQI program adoption between customers.
• Use a consultative methodology to hit financial goals.
• Drive portfolio adoption through successful implementations to save lives.
• Build long-term relationships with hospital leaders and program admins.
• Ensure customer health and renewals/expansions in designated accounts.
• Aim to achieve subscriber, subscription, and account revenue goals.
