Job summary

Montage International offers the IMPACT Culinary Management in Training Program, providing hands-on leadership development, mentorship from executive chefs, and exposure to luxury hotel operations. You will rotate through culinary outlets, gaining supervisory and administrative training while supporting banquet, restaurant, and in-room dining teams.

This program emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Montage and Pendry properties, including leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Food Service Management required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Food and beverage experience within hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary operations across multiple dining venues, including banquet, restaurant, and in-room dining.
• Ensure high-quality food products, presentation standards, and guest experiences aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Contribute to workforce planning, scheduling, and labor productivity initiatives.
• Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships.
