FNBO is seeking an Associate II, Impact Coordination within the Community Impact center of excellence. You will support programs, events, communications and operations, serving as a backup across key team functions and developing expertise in Impact Investing and CDC operations.

You will independently plan and execute community events, coordinate volunteer activities, and build relationships with nonprofit partners to advance CRA goals across FNBO's footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating events and community programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
