Job summary

Elwyn seeks a dedicated Clinician to plan, monitor, and improve clinical services for adults in a Residential Treatment Facility. The role emphasizes individualized treatment planning and coordination with the treatment team.

The position requires BCBA and LBS credentials, a Master’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, and at least two years of mental health experience with adults. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and/or Counseling Psychology.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Two years mental health experience with adults.
• Familiarity with behavioral analytic treatment approaches.
• Ability to administer standardized psychological/behavioral assessments.

Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive assessments for clients’ strengths and areas for development.
• Devise and implement treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Engage clients in developing personal goals for psychotherapy.
• Maintain therapy progress notes and treatment records.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinical staff for cohesive care.
• Provide psychotherapies through individual and group sessions.
