Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a clinician to plan, monitor, and improve clinical services for adults in Community Residential Services. The role requires a Master’s in psychology with ABA focus, BCBA eligibility/licensure preferred, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Four years’ experience with autism interventions, CPR/medication administration, and familiarity with EHR/EMR are expected. A valid US driver's license and driving record are required. This is a mission-driven, on-site role at Elwyn.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology with ABA focus required or preferred.
• BCBA eligibility or license preferred.
• Four years of experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children/youth on the Autism Spectrum.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent judgment with ability to work independently.
• CPR and medication administration using agency protocols; crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train ABS staff on behavioral/treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of children and their families and related tasks.
• Develop comprehensive assessments of children and family strengths/needs.
• Provide individual and family therapy; participate in the treatment climate.
• Create and supervise behavior/treatment plans with the team.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies; refer as needed.
• Conduct FBAs and clinical interventions; support MCO reviews.
• Document therapy sessions and progress; maintain records.
• Perform CPR, crisis intervention, and medication administration per protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
