Job summary

Elwyn seeks a licensed Clinician to plan, monitor, and improve clinical services for adults in a Residential Treatment Facility. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and both individual and group therapy, with supervision by the Clinical Director.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and at least two years’ adult mental health experience, plus strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology required.
• At least two years of adult mental health experience.
• Familiar with behavioral analytic approaches and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Formulate assessments of client strengths and needs per regulations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Engage clients in goal setting for psychotherapy.
• Maintain therapy progress notes and treatment records.
• Coordinate with psychiatry and treatment staff for care continuity.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Assist in crisis intervention and hospitalizations when needed.
• Train team members on behavior plans and data collection.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Analyses (FBAs) as required.
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings; perform other duties.
